We have various breeds of "working" dogs and several hawks which we use for falconry. Murthat Farm sits in a secluded position with open views across the valley. 
Murthat Farm's Location Murthat Farm is situated approx. 8 miles from the centre of Lockerbie. From the North end of Lockerbie main street turn right onto the B723 (signed Boreland) Follow the signs to the small village of Boreland (approx 6 miles) As you are just leaving Boreland village heading towards Eskdalemuir (immediately after leaving the "30 limit") look for a small road to the left (signposted "Waterhead of Dryfe"). NOTE .... if you pass the last house on the left when leaving the village you have missed the turning! Murthat Farm is approx 2 miles up this small road on the right hand side after the cattle grid.
